GCC - 520 Introduction to Physiology and Pharmacology I

The GCC 520 and GCC 521 course series integrates physiology and pharmacology to establish an understanding of drug actions as they relate to human organ system function. Topics include cellular function, immunity and infection, synapse, nerve, muscle, heart and circulation, kidney, respiration, gastrointestinal and urinary function, autonomic nervous system, central nervous system, hormones and homeostasis and coagulation.
