The Health Care Quality & Operations Management class is designed to expose the student to principles that foster continuous improvement within an organization through Continuous Quality Improvements (QCI) and Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives. QA has become a mandatory component of every profession in the business of delivering patient healthcare and it is critical that all future leaders have been exposed to these principles. Upon completion of this course the student will have a solid understanding of how to insure evidence based medicine is being delivered.
