This course presents the foundations of leadership development with an emphasis on effective management of the delivery of Occupational Therapy services, personnel management, fiscal management and resource allocation. Institutional, community and political advocacy as they relate to occupational therapy are also presented. Prerequisite: OCC-643. Offered: summer.
