NRS - 541 Master’s Practica


This course is designed to provide advanced nursing practice students with an opportunity to achieve population competence at the graduate level.  The experience is accomplished under the guidance of an approved preceptor/facilitator.  The minimum number of clock hours of practicum and residency may be determined by the population specific credentialing body and graduate requirements may vary across population programs. Prerequisite or co-requisites: Core courses as determined by each program; and RN Licensure. Clinical conference is included. Post-master’s student requirements are individually determined.
