NSG - 521 Antiracism in Organizational Leadership This course provides the student with an opportunity to explore leadership styles and change theories through an antiracist lens to affect organizational change that improves health outcomes. Inequities in operational and managerial processes in practice environments that affect outcomes, quality, safety and cost effectiveness of patient care are analyzed. Ethical leadership principles and the role of the nurse leader to advance social justice are examined. The role of clinical informatics in reducing health care disparities is introduced.
