CLM - 511 SBB Management Research Project

This course represents the Management Research Project for the successful completion of the Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Management. Specialist in Blood Bank student projects are designed in various areas of the clinical laboratories and focus on clinical testing, management and supervision issues. In this course, the topic is established, and a proposal is submitted to the course director for final approval from the department. The approved management research project is completed, and the final paper is submitted, which should be of publishable quality for submission to a journal of the student’s choice. It is customary for the student to consult their immediate administrator/supervisor to see if there is a project that would benefit the institution. Offered: fall, spring and summer.
