NTR - 900 Independent Study

This course will provide students the opportunity to perform independent work on a project under faculty supervision. The project may involve nutrition-related data collection, entry and analysis or preparation of a paper or presentation. Nutrition topics may include, but not be limited to, metabolism, medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition or food service management. Offered: fall, spring and summer.
