OCC - 609 Occupational Performance and Ability Focus will be on the development of task analysis skills by applying logical thinking, critical analysis, problem solving and creativity. Students will demonstrate ability to grade and adapt occupation-based tasks and purposeful activity, including the interaction of performance areas, components and contexts through dynamic classroom exercises. In addition, a four-week practicum experience within Rush University Medical Center will allow students the opportunity to apply skills learned in the classroom in a clinical setting. Prerequisites: OCC-501, OCC-501L, OCC-520 and OCC-608. Offered: spring. Retake Counts for Credit: No. Credit(s): 3
