NTR - 541 Integrating Nutrition in Disease Prevention and Treatment I

Students study the pathophysiology of disease and the interrelated role of nutrition in prevention, etiology and treatment of disease. Critical review and evaluation of the nutrition literature in prevention and treatment of acute and chronic disease are performed by students. Credit Hours: (4)
