RSA - 510 Project Management This course will provide students with the knowledge to assume a leadership position in sponsored projects or clinical trials administration. The course will include grant development and application preparation, IRB review and informed consent, subject recruitment and retention, study budget preparation and institutional training opportunities. The course will provide students with the knowledge to manage grant development and application, working with faculty researchers, and training departmental and college research administrators. This course will also provide students with the knowledge and skills to function as a clinical trials administrator through the management of the IRB approval process, subject recruitment and informed consent, multicenter clinical studies, data collection and progress reporting, study budget preparation and the financial management of clinical studies. Prerequisite: Admission to the program. Credit Hours: (4)
