NTR - 600 Independent Study

This course will provide students the opportunity to perform independent work on a project under faculty supervision. The project may involve nutrition-related data collection, entry, and analysis or preparation of a paper or presentation. Nutrition topics may include, but not be limited to, metabolism, medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, or food service management. Prerequisite courses: none or permission of instructor.
