HSC - 401 Mycology, Parasitology and Virology

This course provides clinical background in mycology, parasitology, and virology. Emphasis is on the disease involved and on diagnostic procedures used in the laboratory. Identification, specimen collection and processing of medically important viruses, fungi and parasites will be discussed. Prerequisite: HSC 331  and Departmental permission. Credit Hours: (4)
