Principles and practice patient care from birth through adolescence are studied byproviding direct patient care. Students will learn basic pediatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate referral. The rotation will also provide exposure to developmental milestones. routine immunizations. common childhood illnesses, infant/child safety, and patienUparent education.
