CDS - 591 Applied Topics in Communication Disorders and Sciences

Scientific, clinical and professional issues in audiology and speech-language pathology are examined using a variety of formats that include guest speakers in student development sessions, clinical rounds and Journal Club. Development of oral presentation skills as well as analytical and clinical problem-solving skills is emphasized. The course meets weekly during regular sessions of the fall, winter and spring quarters, but students register only in the fall. Repeatable Course. P/N grading. Credit Hours: (1)
