CLM - 597 Issues and Practices in Human Resource Management


This course will include an overview of the operational and strategic role that Human Resource Management plays in Health Care institutions. Readings, case studies, Internet references and website resources will permit the learner to acquire advanced and current information in human resource management, recruitment and hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations (both union and nonunion) and health and safety.
