NFA - 501 Registered Nurse First Assist

This is the didactic course for the Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) series that prepares advanced practice nurses to assume the expanded role of a certified first assistant in the operating room. The course focuses on anatomic and physiologic considerations related to specific surgical interventions, psychomotor skill acquisition, application of the nursing process for the perioperative patient, and the role of the RNFA.
