NTR - 650 Supervised Experience in Food Systems Management


Students function as members of the management team in the foodservice units of the medical center.  Through incresingly complex learning experiences, students are expected to develop competence as an entry-level practitioner in food systems management. Enrollment is limited to Clinical Nutrition MS/DI students. Prerequisite: None or permission of instructor. Credit Hours: (5)
