PED - 715 Chronic Diseases In Children

Based at Shriners Hospitals for Children, students will participate in an active inpatient and outpatient program which provides referral services to children with musculoskeletal disorders, neural tube defects and other chronic diseases.

Student should contact the Office of Medical Student Programs four weeks prior to the rotation start date for (1) a form authorizing a criminal background check, which must be returned to Shriners; (2) a drug-testing form and list of locations where the test can be performed at no charge; and (3) a copy of his/her immunization record.
