PRF - 331 Anatomy and Physiology I

The purpose of this course is to provide the perfusion student with an overview of specific areas of human anatomy and physiology as a basis for understanding the complex interaction of the open heart surgery patient with the heart-lung machine. Students will develop an understanding of specific body systems to include the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and the central and autonomic nervous systems. Credit Hours: (3)
