NTR - 655 Management Project


The purpose of this course is to provide a management project that gives students an opportunity to apply the dietetic, management and leadership competencies acquired in the core courses of the master’s degree/dietetic internship program to a nutrition or food service management project. It is the culminating experience in the Clinical Nutrition program. Prerequisite courses:  None or permission of instructor. Credit Hours: (3)
