This course is designed to teach the didactic components of a comprehensive history and physical examination of individuals/families across the lifespan and the documentation of findings. The course provides a framework of critical thinking based on careful collection of history and physical findings and their systematic analysis. The course content is organized around assessment of specific body systems of individuals/families across the lifespan.
