This course is for the student who has a foundation in the basic principles & practice of nurse anesthesia. During this course, students learn anesthetic management principles for surgical specialty areas. Important concepts to master include the related anatomic, physiologic, pathophysiologic & pharmacologic principles for each of the surgical specialty areas.
