NSG - 679 Evidence-Based Teaching in Health Professions Focus is on essential components of health profession’s education including learning theories and evidence-based methods of facilitating and assessing learning. Course and curriculum design are examined, and course, program, and institutional evaluation are reviewed. The tripartite faculty role is explored with an emphasis on the scholarship of teaching and the faculty member’s responsibilities to professional and institutional service and leadership.
