SBB - 564 SBB Project & Clinical Practicum

Independent investigation of a topic relevant to an area in immunohematology. Student will submit a written research paper as well as prepare and deliver a presentation based on the topic selected. Field experience under supervision of a professional expert in a blood center and/or hospital transfusion service setting is required for the clinical practicum. Clinical sites include, but are not limited to, apheresis centers, donor centers, stem cell processing centers, and transfusion service centers.
