NTR - 602 Adv Principles Nutritional Epidemiology

Through seminar discussion this course is designed to continue the interpretation of epidemiological data regarding nutrition and disease. An exploration of the nature of variation in diet, correction for measurement error, issues in analysis and presentation of dietary data will be conducted.
