NSG - 508P Integrated Clinical

This course provides the opportunity for the learner to apply knowledge and skills in providing nursing care to individuals, families, and groups. Emphasis is placed on the care of women across the lifespan in multiple health care and community settings. The impact of public health laws and regulations on public safety and access to care are examined. The learner will apply an ecological model to integrate evidence-based health promotion, prevention, and risk reduction strategies for individuals and families within the context of the communities in which they live.
